Group classes are taught online through Zoom. After registering you will recieve a link to click on through email before class. All classes are designed to be done at home with what equipment you have. Classes are $10 per class and the class is yours to keep.

Tuesday 8:30am Belly Blast Express (30 min)
Belly Blast Express is a Pilates based 30 min core workout designed to improve posture and help tone and shape the Abs. Each movement is specific, focused, and controlled to give you the most balanced workout, mind and body. Adapted for all fitness levels.
Optional Equipment: Theraband, Pilates ball, 3/5 lb weights (or water bottles) and a mat
Thursday 10:30am Vinyasa Flow
Beyond Zen Studio
Vinyasa yoga links the breath to movement. Full body movements create a steady rhythm of concentration, peace and flow that leaves you feeling restored and rejuvenated.
Equipment: Yoga Mat. Yoga blocks optional
Optional Equipment: Theraband, Pilates ball, 3/5 lb weights, a mat and a chair
Friday 9am CardioFlow
Cardio Flow is the ideal cardiovascular workout for mind-body practitioners. This low impact, uplifting, motivational, and functional movement class is fluid and easy to follow. It incorporates strength, flexibility, cardio, and balance-all in one class! Adapted for all fitness levels.
