How do I get Started?

Call to schedule your first session.  Yours first session will include a brief intake form as well as discussion about what is going on with YOU. This takes about 15 min.  The additional 45 min will be spent going over the equipment and what the practice is and then you will get moving!

What if I have NEVER done Pilates/Yoga Before, I am Injured, Out of Shape or Not flexible?

That is ok! 

There is a first time for everything and everyone has to start somewhere.  You will be given step by step instructions on how to get started and everything will be done at YOUR pace. 

What if I have never explored the Mind/Body connection before?

We will start with the breath. Everyone can breathe:) This is a Journey and will allow you to get comfortable with your own mind and start to see patterns (that we all have) so that we can begin to rewire the brain to a more conducive way of thinking. 

How much does it cost?

Most session are an hour and cost $75. 30 or 45 minute sessions are available upon request and priced accordingly. 

How can I Schedule/What is the cancellation policy?

You can email me at kristy@innerstrengthessentials to schedule or call (631) 678-8211.  If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance there is no charge. Less than 24 hours you are charged the full cost of the session.    

 

What do I need to Bring/Wear?

Please wear whatever you are most comfortable in.   You will be doing the workout barefoot so athletic sneakers are not necessary.
